WEATHER: Environment Canada says today will be cloudy with periods of rain beginning late in the morning. The daytime high will be 9 C. The rain will end overnight, giving way to cloudy conditions and a 60-per-cent chance of showers or drizzle and some fog patches. The nighttime low will be 7 C.
