Coun. Dan LaRose constructed a clock depicting the angels that greet motorists coming into Penetanguishene on County Road 93. The clock, which is made of wood, plastic, stone and fabric, now hangs in the town's council chamber. LaRose said it took about two months to create the decorative timepiece.
