A piece of Midland’s downtown history is back up for grabs.
After several weeks of negotiations, it appears a deal for the sale of the former Roxy theatre has fallen through.
This is the second time the potential sale of the building has gone bottoms up. It first went on the market in the fall of 2006.
Realtor Brian Jacques said he could not go into details about why the deal – which he confirmed to The Mirror  last month – did not go through. All he would say is “the for sale sign is back on the building.”
The 9,000-square-foot building was listed for $159,900.
